This page explains which cookies and similar tools radikalvirtualsolutions.it uses, what they are for and how you can manage your choices, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar tools (localStorage and sessionStorage) keep data directly in the browser. Some are technical and needed for the site to work; others, such as profiling cookies, require your consent.
What we use
We only use technical cookies and tools: they do not profile you, we do not share them with anyone and they do not require consent (Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code). We do not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies.

Third-party content
Some pages may show videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) or Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc.). We load them only after you accept the “External content” category: from then on these services may use their own cookies and receive your IP address, under their own policies: Google and Vimeo. YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
The RAD-BOT chat
RAD-BOT is an assistant based on artificial intelligence. The messages you write to it are sent to DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., China, i.e. outside the European Union) only to generate the replies. We keep them on Netlify, together with your approximate city and device type, to preserve your conversation and to let our team read customer requests. If you clear the chat, it disappears from your page; to have it deleted permanently, write to us from the Contact section. Please don’t share sensitive data.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical browsing data (such as your IP address) only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This data is not used to profile you.
How to change your choice
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for 12 months; the banner comes back after that period or if the cookies we use change. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
